Inspired by their time living and surfing in Hossegor and Hawaii, numerous Californian road trips and an endless passion for good food, a concept was created by two friends and brought to life in 2017.
Lords of Poké refreshes the food counter approach placing creativity, vivid design and DIY at its core.
The company is now headed up solely by Marty, a chef by profession, and sees his free-spirited nature and style covering the rotating menu. Uncomplicated and imaginative flavour combinations are central to Lords of Poké, bringing together traditional Hawaiian poke with playful Californian-inspired additions.

All fish is sourced by acclaimed sushi specialists, Joii Sushi, who have their own processing plant and consider all packaging and waste processes thoroughly.
The newly fitted Paddington branch is kitted out by Smile Plastics, a materials and design manufacturer transforming waste materials into striking decorative panels.
Lords of Poké packaging is eco-friendly and compostable wherever possible.
Food waste is kept at a minimum, with any surplus being distributed via apps and initiatives.
